From very tough pet stains, to strong pet orders, dirty grout and stained tile to looking brand new like the day we first moved into our home absolute amazing work. With two teenaged boys and two dogs the carpet takes a beating. Even with a home carpet cleaner it’s difficult to get the ground in dirt out of high traffic areas and get rid of the “trails” from years of traffic. We were considering replacing the flooring but decided to try a cleaning to see if the results would be satisfactory instead. Received a confirmation email when booked and a text informing us that the technician was on the way the day of appointment. Anthony arrived within the two hour time slot. Walked through with him to show him the areas and clarify instructions. He used a machine to agitate the carpet in trouble / high traffic areas (others do not perform this step) before using steam cleaning and extraction. He took his time to do a good job, didn’t rush through like other companies we’ve used. Very good results on the heavily soiled stairs and landing at the top, I wasn’t sure it would look much different but can see quite an improvement after a single cleaning. After leaving I put a fan out to help drying. Carpet was dry to the touch in about 3 hours and look very good compared to pre-cleaning. The cost of the cleaning saved the cost of replacing the flooring and well worth it. Pricing over the phone was honored even though a couple of the rooms are rather large. I would recommend their service and will be a return client.read more

This is an excellent small company that gets the job done like no other I've known. I needed a huge concrete patio, driveway and entrance pressure cleaned. The company just asked me to text them the photos and gave me a quote. Their pricing is affordable compared to others I've tried. Anthony sent me an advance text and let me know the time frame he would be coming. Then, he came as promised and got the job done in the time frame he had promised. I'm a loyal customer for life. This company also cleans carpets and couches. I have tried this feature but surely will do in future! How can I look further when I'm completely content with the way my driveway and patio looks! I was debating whether to clean or replace my carpet. I was between two companies for carpet cleaning services. The first one offered $99 to clean a 2,000 sqft house. I went with this company for $172 because of the before and after photos on their website, which looked similar to the condition of my carpet. I was also told that they would guarantee their work. I wish I would have went with the cheaper quote. The stains are still very noticeable. They were only at my property for an hour. I was told they could lift normal traffic stains but I found that to be untrue. They should have at least called me to tell me that the stains did not lift. Instead I came home to a disappointment. I will be moving forward with replacing my carpet after "cleaning" it for $172.*Follow up*I was contacted regarding their 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They explained that carpets can re-soil and may require a second cleaning. The stains can also appear lighter when the carpet is still wet. The company is going to make it right. I never expected or experienced the level of care and concern that has been received by this company. I can understand why they have a 5 star reputation.read more

Discover Care did an amazing job on my home in preparation for renters. They pressure washed my driveway, the back patio and a the side of my home. They also grouted and sealed my tile and shampooed the carpets. Extremely professional and genuinely nice. I was unable to be home and they locked up my home for me. After waiting a week to receive a very disappointing $1900 estimate from Chem Dry to clean the carpets in a rental home with pet odor and stains, I opted to call Discover Carpet Care.
